8. TikTok Integration

Brandzy integrates with TikTok via TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. When you connect a TikTok account, we collect and use the following data:

• TikTok username and display name — to identify your connected account in the app
• TikTok user ID — to associate your account with your Brandzy influencer profile
• Access tokens — to publish content on your behalf when you authorize posting

We use this data solely to:

• Display your connected TikTok account inside Brandzy
• Post AI-generated content to TikTok on your behalf, only when you explicitly initiate a post

We do not sell, rent, or share your TikTok data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. TikTok access tokens are stored securely and scoped only to the permissions required for content posting.

You can revoke Brandzy's access to your TikTok account at any time by disconnecting in your Brandzy account settings or by revoking permissions directly in the TikTok app under Settings & Privacy → Security → Apps and Websites.

TikTok's own data practices are governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
